Having said that, our pest control company has changed and our cleaning crew has been notified and improved processes will be made. We did have a guest make some damage to areas of the house and miscommunication (on my part) between the repair crew and cleaning crew occurred. Again, thank you for staying with us and for your feedback, so we can improve!"
