• Unsafe neighborhood

  The house was very dirty. You can tell the house has been abandoned. There were spider webs and dust on all the furniture including fans. One of the toilets don’t work at all. The toilet that does work leaks water every time you flush. The home has a mildew smell likely mold. The home needs to be sprayed for bugs. Property manager needs proper etiquette courses especially being in the customer service industry. You get what you pay for. You have been warned.

  Home was the nicest on the block. Toilet in master bedroom had its issues but otherwise very nice stay. Updated kitchen and all appliances in the home were state of the art. No complaints

• Nice House with Lots of Potential

  This house looks exactly like the pictures and they let us check-in early. There was a tray on the counter in which they had stocked with mini cereal boxes, mini Oreos, honey grams, instant coffee, sugar, and other condiments. This was cute and greatly appreciated. The house is roomy and the kitchen is very spacious and well stocked. Overall our stay was good minus a few things.

  -The runner at the front door was not secured so it moved around as walked on it revealing what looked like strips of tape when pieces of the tile had been missing.

  -When opening the kitchen drawers, none of the drawers were secured on their tracks so they almost fell to the floor immediately.

  -Both bathrooms had multiple long strands of hair all over the floor and shower.

  -We armed the alarm for the night and could not disarm it. When we contacted our point of contact about disarming it. It was done from their phone and we were told not to touch it while in the house. I questioned that even though it tells us how to use the alarm in the house instructions book, we cannot use that amenity to secure ourselves during the stay? They contacted the owner and was told that the only access we have is to the door.

  -We washed out bathing suits so that we could wear them again the next day. WE had to hang out clothes to dry because the dryer did not work. We googled the brand and watched videos on how to operate it. When we could not get it to work, we again reached out to our point of contact no avail. I sent her a video of me pushing the buttons and knobs on the dryer but in return but nothing worked. We had to hang our clothes around the house and use the ceiling fans to dry them.

  -There was an ironing board, but we couldn’t locate the iron.

  -Lastly, a part of our checkout process was to start a load of dishes. We saved this for last to make sure everything had been loaded. As we loaded it, we noticed there was already a cube in the compartment. We closed the dish washer to start it, but it to was not operable.

  Other than the above mentioned things, the house was beautiful and met our needs.

You are correct that the iron is missing, not sure what happened to it, but it has been replaced, a new dryer has been installed despite it working for the property manager, and the dishwasher is working. I found that the plug under the sink was loose. It may occur when people are pulling it out or putting it in the dish rack from under the sink. I am dedicated to providing a positive experience, and truly appreciate your feedback."
