Awesome house, ideal location
5/5 Check in was incredibly easy. You can see the water from the relaxing upstairs balcony. Easy access to Bayshore Drive both by foot and car. Inside, the house is stunning and massive. Lots of room for everyone. The pool and patio have lots of seating and almost constant shade from overhanging trees and nearby high rises. The pool does get a little dirty from the trees, and all the shade does not make this a great spot to get a tan. Strongly recommend this house to anyone visiting Tampa.

2/5 The house was extremely hot, they have the air conditioner where I can’t go below 73° but when the Thermostat is set to 73° there is areas of the house that is uncomfortably hot. I text The property manager but would not let us adjust it any lower.

Owners response: "Paul, we're sorry to hear about your experience. The house of 8,000 sqft has very large windows in every room with large shutters to utilize to block the sun. If you keep the shutters open, the rooms will get very warm and fast. Also, leaving open doors to the pool does not help. We have adjusted the temp to 72 degrees during your entire stay and both A/C units were running."
