Excellent property
5/5 Great location. Easy check in process. Clean. Mini refrigerator had water, soft drinks and coffee creamer! Definitely would recommend.

Better than local hotels' traffic & congestion
5/5 I enjoyed this stay very much. The house is mid-century-built and the interior pays homage to that in fun ways, but also is completely up to date with temperature & security controls, furniture comfort and technology expectations. The interior was very well-cleaned. The exterior and the neighborhood were tranquil, with lots of trees, flowers, birds and little traffic - QUIET. It was perfect for my multi-day stay involving graduations, shopping & packing up a college student just 5 minutes away, with the college, theme parks, shopping, restaurants and major highways literally within 5-15 minutes drive - but the NOISE & congestion of all that is not in this neighborhood. I enjoyed the reading room, the drinks provided, the spacious main living room and tv area, and the fact that I did not have to factor in lots of traffic time to do what I was there to do. ALSO: owners very responsive. They quickly solved a property problem I noticed in one afternoon, and I was not inconvenienced in any way. I've stayed in 4 hotels in this area before now, but this rental tops those experiences, for certain.
