Studio home located in the rear of another home
4/5 It fit the need of someone like me who was just looking for a quick in-and-out of the city with little expectation but nice accommodations. I would not recommend for anyone with more than 2 people, but the location is great if going to sporting events.

Stay Clear... Unless you are a Smoker, Have Night Vision Goggles, and Dont' Drink Coffee
1/5 This units walls are heavily permeated with cigarette smoke. It needs to have cigarette mitigation performed. No coffee available for guests. No outside lighting, borderline dangerous. The lawn was overgrown and the pavers are super small. The blinds have been cut, so one can see thru from the outside. This property does not meet the Evolve Standard and should be investigated. We ended our stay short and relocated to a hotel just to get out of there! The primary bed is a sofa-bed, not comfortable. Bugs are also present. We have been travelling the world for 10 years, and this rental is unequivocally the worst that we've stayed at. Can't believe that Evolve has this rental in their catalogue..... not in good corporate keeping with the "Evolve Brand Name". All other Evolve rental units have been fantastic!!
