  It's a nice place to stay, no issues and they'revery responsive to the customer. I wouldn't say it's a vacation location, but perfect for visiting Tallahassee for business, the colleges etc.

  Was very pleased with the residence, the interior of the house was well decorated, stocked, and taken care of. Extra care and attention was put in to the property and making it feel welcome. Very close distance to campus with easy access to the University. Highly recommend.

  My Family and I had a pleasant stay at this cozy and welcoming home. The check in process was smooth! The host was very friendly, thoughtful and accommodating throughout our stay! Host was always available and quickly responded to the questions we had.

  The home was clean, smelled nice, well-furnished, and equipped with all of the amenities and appliances my family needed to make our stay comfortable! The backyard was fenced in where our children could run around and play!

  The location was perfect! We loved the quiet and friendly neighborhood, which was close to many Tallahassee attractions.

  I definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for some where clean, comfortable and affordable! I look forward to returning to this cozy home in the future!

• A Fantastic Stay at a Cozy House In Tallahassee.

  I recently had the pleasure of staying at this house in Tallahassee and I must say that it was a fantastic experience. The house was impeccably clean, well-furnished and fully equipped with all the amenities needed to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable.

  The location was perfect, nestled in a quiet neighborhood yet close to all the attractions that Tallahassee has to offer. The host was extremely friendly and accommodating, making sure that I had everything I needed for my stay. The check-in process was smooth and effortless, and the host was always available to answer any questions I had.

  Overall, I highly recommend this house in Tallahassee to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and welcoming home away from home. It was truly a pleasure to stay here and I look forward to returning in the future.

• Getaway or Hide Out?

  Pro: Very clean, organized, inside was welcoming with friendly amenities like a dishwasher, Kureg & a full kitchen.CONS: Bullet holes in the front window, abandoned/boarded up homes across the street, trash/debris lined the street & the connecting street, poor WiFi so no TV most of the time; the tv would freeze or stop the show and give aesaage of "no signal available" so you couldnt watch anything. The house alarm has not been updated so any previous person could enter by using the code, food options near by were poor (not once did we get our food correctly or the entire order), busy streets, advertised as family friendly but is not. Has bunkbed, but the bed is not secure so it moved when my 3 & 6 year olds got on it; they had to sleep on the floor. This home is NOT located in a neighborhood that someone would willingly choose as a weekend getaway unless they were hiding out from someone/something. Numerous adults walking the streets in evenings & at night. Washer literally shook itself out of place (I thought someone was coming through the back door it was so loud). When we arrived we emailed the property manager who told us that the home was listed as being "1 mile from the college" as if that was supposed to explain the neighborhood and noise. Beyond the car engines, the home is less than a block from a train yard & very close to the airport so you hear 3 different types of engines 24/7. We were in the home less than 48 hours. There is a backyard, but I didn't feel safe letting my small children outside in the neighborhood....where we saw not a single other child during our short stay. We have used VRBO for years in various states we have traveled to; this is absolutely the worst we have ever entered.

  Hi Susan, the right vacation home is everything, and we're disappointed if this wasn't the one for you. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to clarify the following:
  - Upon examination, those are BB holes, not bullet holes. The window pane is being replaced.
  - There is a house across and down the street with a boarded-up front window. It's something we cannot control.
  - As the security cameras show, there was no trash or debris lining the street.
  - We haven't experienced any issues with Wifi.
  - As stated in the Pre-Stay email, each guest's specific front door keypad code is the last four digits of the phone number given at the time the reservation is made. This code is erased upon each guest's departure.
  - Neither the proximity of restaurants nor the accuracy of a given customer's order is within any homeowner's control. However, there are at least ten restaurants within 1.5 miles. DoorDash also delivers to this address.
  - The house is not on a busy street.
  - The bunk bed does not move. The house also has a sofa and loveseat that can be used instead of sleeping on the floor.
  - As with any typical neighborhood, adults will walk down the street from time to time.
  - Other guests have used the washer with no issues.
  - The house is less than 2 miles from FAMU's and FSU's campuses and stadiums.
  - The home is not located near a train yard.
  - We haven't heard any airplane sounds near the home.
  - The backyard is fenced in on all sides.
  We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.
