Superb
5/5 We were pleased with our overall stay. The location was perfect, very close to FSU and downtown. Everything about the house was great, even the electric fireplace, which was nice since the temps were in the 30's during our stay. Easy to get to and simple check in / check out.

Perfect property to explore Tallahassee from
5/5 Description was perfect, location lovely and quiet, key code entry system excellent. Laundry facilities great apart from there was no ironing board to use the provided iron on but we improvised. We did have an issue with the TV, it only being a smart TV with no regular service, only operating from Apps which we were completely new to, suggest you mention this in the property ammenities. We called the host number on the welcome sheets provided but no longer relevant, finally got someone round to help which was an excellent response, so welcome document needs updating to match that given on email confirmation.As someone from out of town (UK) we could have done with some restaurant recommendations, local facilities etc ( I suppose there is now a presumption that everyone has a smart phone and can Google all required information). When one is from outside the USA you don't necessarily have a USA call/data plan in place and have to rely on WIFI services like we have to.
