Great hangout hiuse
5/5 We stayed as a group going to an FSU game and found it conveniently located to the campus and had room for a group of 6 to visit inside and out.House was clean and well equipped.

Nice on the inside
3/5 Home was clean and mostly updated. Wi-Fi gave us some trouble upon but was quickly fixed upon contacting property manager. Fuse was blown in kitchen but once we figured it out it was an easy fix. Neighborhood was a bit shady. Overall a comfortable stay :)

Not Fit for Rental
1/5 Please remove this listing and do not allow it to be rented by anyone else. This home has SIGNIFICANT plumbing issues. Two out of three bathrooms were out of order. Seawge water flooded the floor of one bathroom. The used washing machine water came up through the shower drain in another bathroom. There is a previous review stating the yard was flooded with sewage water. This house is not fit for rental! We spoke to the property manager during our stay. She refused to address it and passed the blame to the owners. Owners are absolutely heartless, callous people who never once even apologized for any inconvenience, let alone made any attempt to fix the issue. If anyone is considering renting this house, please listen to me... don't. Just don't. It's not worth it. The inside is not even kept up well. Doors were off their hinges. Kitchen appliances are a hundred years old. There is nothing good about this house. You will be very sorry you stayed here. Please don't do it.

Overall the property was nice, however the refrigerator could use an update
4/5 overall we enjoyed our stay, however the refrigerator needs an update as the freezer doesn’t work properly, also the sewage backed up and was running over in the front yard
