  Plenty of space for a family of 5 and our dog with 4 bedrooms, a dining room, and a living room. Convenient to the highway. It was fine for us for two nights, and we ate out or microwaved our meals. Kitchen is not well-stocked for cooking for a longer stay.

• Amazing Experience

  Our family traveled to Tallahassee to visit a sick relative and our stay was amazing. The weather was cool out and we were nice and cozy inside. We typically rent hotels and go out to eat, however, we enjoyed cooking in the large kitchen and adapted to the amenities quickly.The only thing I would suggest is having a broom since there are hardwood floors we had to tidy up throughout the day, other than that, it was a lovely home and we will book again in the future.

• Low Quality

  We were in town for a funeral and chose to stay here based on the photos and the proximity to our needed location.The house itself presented as the photos, but the neighborhood had surrounding homes that were in very poor condition and we felt bit unsafe. The single key we were given only worked on the garage door and at night, there was zero light to aid entry. There was also a slight mold smell upon entry and we could not get the wifi to work properly. The kitchen appliances were in poor condition. The ice maker would not work, the stove had grease in the bottom that burned heavy smoke when the unit was used and microwave shows signs of heavy use. There was a set of pots and pans, but all showed signs of heavy use. There was one dull knife available for cutting and no acceptable food prep bowls. The bathroom facilities were just ok, the larger hall bath tub needs refinishing and there was a very old, blue, stained towel set placed on the bar, which was very off-putting. We removed it to the hall linen closet. The hall linen closet is where we found a mishmash of old towels that appeared to be left by other tenants. There were just four thin, dingy unmatched bath towels available for the four of us. The washcloths were thin and dingy and did not match the other towels. We had to wash the towels daily with hand soap and bleach as no detergent was available. Complicating this was the washer machine timer appears to be broken and will not stop the unit as it should. The second bathroom was located in one of the bedrooms contained a very small stand up shower.The beds were very low to the floor and extremely uncomfortable and squeaked with the slightest movement. One seat of pillows were placed on each bed without sanitary covers underneath the pillow case, which was again, off-putting.More care and attention to detail would make this rental a bit better. We did not feel that the house was a high quality rental and would not stay here again.
