Hazardous and dirty
3/5 The property outside was fine, inside the owner of the listing really needs to check in with their cleaning team since couches, beds etc all had old food, dirt and left behind trash under them. vents in bathroom had a black mold look substance coming from them, and lots of exposed wiring the quality of the bedding it self was terrible left tiny polyester strings behind that broke both my children out in a rash. Just over all a pretty place but I feel like the owners are being taken advantage of

Communication terrible.
2/5 Trying to communicate with host was horrible thru there 3rd party handler. Check in was at 3, finally got instructions by 7 and after hours of phone calls, emails and text thru 3rd party facilitator. Terrible process!

Not pleased…
3/5 Broken smoke detector, exposed wiring, dirty dishes, sliding glass door doesn’t lock, can’t open front door all the way. Lots of issues that came with a pretty steep price tag. Definitely be looking elsewhere next time.

Poor response to maintenance issues
1/5 This property is in a great location. Upon arriving on Thursday evening, we made the mgmt contact aware that the light in the tub/toilet area of the bathroom was out, as well as the fact that the filter in the AC unit was well past time for a change. To shower or use the toilet, the door had to be left open, so no privacy. She commented that the owner was in town and would handle. Needless to say, it was never handled the entire time of our stay. 5 nights. I called and texted several times, she didn't even respond after 2 days. Gave up after Saturday. I would not stay in this property again. I realize there are sometimes issues with a rental. The lack of follow through and communication from management/owner was very poor.
