Great location in Siesta Key
4/5 This place is in a great location to walk to the beach & restaurants in the village. We arrived later in the evening to find the house hadn't been cleaned from the previous guest but with a phone call the manager they were quick to get cleaners there and it was cleaned to our satisfaction.

House accomodates 4 people and was infested with flies
2/5 The good thing about this house is its location that is 10 mins from beach access 7 and 10 mins to village. There are 3 beds in the house. Reservation was made for 5 people. I called contact person with question about sleeping arrangement for 5th person and got respond about queen size air mattress with attached pump which was not where he claimed it should be. There was full size air mattress without any pump. So we managed 3 people sleeping on king size bed. There were 4 towels, 4 beach chairs. There were cups, plates, spices in the kitchen cabinets. There was no baking pan and no tea pot kettle. There is no lights on the back yard. There is a table and 4 chairs on the backyard. The laundry is outside in the shed. You need the code for the lock to get inside the shed. The biggest issue for us was that the house was infested with flies. We kept all the windows and doors closed but flies were everywhere: bathroom, bedroom, kitchen and livingroom. Contact person responded to calls but not to emails. Will not stay again. If you have 5-6 people in your group, you better off finding different accommodation.
Fantastic location, clean house
5/5 We stayed for a long-weekend trip as a family with young kids. The house was very clean and nicely updated. The neighborhood is safely walkable to Siesta Key Village restaurants and shops, and multiple beach accesses. Check-in and communication with the hosts was very easy. A great price for a superb location and comfortable home!

Nice house, good location to town
4/5 House was great, minor items need to be added. Long mirror, better closet setup in guest room. Yard could be cleaned up a little and beach chairs were pretty beat. Overall a great house and location, they did a really nice job on the upgrades in the house. Would rent again.
