What a great place! Clean and spacious. Very convenient location on first floor / a step outside to the pool and beach. Gas grills were a plus!! My family and I would stay there again!!
overall we loved the location and the condothe lanai was wonderful, especially with all of the supplieshowever, I hate to say but we did not love the back door set-up leading out of the lanai-its almost impossible to get out of the door with the cart due to the angle of the door I wish that would be redone to make it an easier in and out processotherwise a great place to stay

My pregnant wife, 2 kids under 3, and I arrived to check in to our place around 10pm after a long full day of traveling. Upon arrival we followed the instructions to open the lock box for the key to the condo, but it didn't work. Tried contacting the person listed as the 24 hour contact person for the condo, but they didn't respond by text, call, or email. So I contacted Evolve who was no help either. They attempted to call the same lady I did as well as the owner, but no response to anyone. All they could say was sorry and that I needed to get a hotel and they would see about a refund. That's a pretty poor response in my book. Didn't get checked into a hotel until 1230am. Didn't get a response from anyone until around 9am the following morning. Finally we were able to get into the condo. The condo was great and a great location. We did enjoy the rest of our stay despite the terrible start and no reimbursement for the hotel stay. The condo has lots of beach toys and carts to carry them to the beach. Wish the complex had a hot tub, but the pool is nice. We used the grills and those were in great shape as well. Two huge items that need to be addressed are the teeny tiny garbage can they have and the water heater. There is barely enough hot water for one person to take a shower.

We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and we wanted to share the following: 1) The owner sends a pre-stay email, which explains guests should call the local contact before their arrival to go over check-in instructions. The local contact would have been able to provide you with the correct lockbox code. 2) We wish you would have reached out to the owners during your stay. They would have been more than happy to help with any issues, such as the hot water, while you were in residence to make your stay most comfortable. 3) The owner has checked, and the water heater is working properly, and they have provided larger trash cans. 4) We can confirm that you were refunded, but we apologize for the delay in receiving the refund.
