  The check-in and check-out process was easy due to detailed instructions from the owner. The property matched the description and photos. The outside area was amazing. It was a clean, well maintained, spacious, comfortable house in a great neighborhood with everything we needed. Exceeded out expectations, especially the back area which included a pool, lounge chairs, seating area, tiki bar, swing, hammock, fire pit, and grill. I highly recommend!

• Beautiful rental with and amazing outdoor area

  Clear and detailed instructions made check in and out easy. It was a beautiful, specious, very clean house in great area. The outside area; pool with lounge chairs, tiki bar, porch and outdoor eating area with a nice grill, swing, hammock, and scenery was the best part. More beautiful than described and pictures. We loved everything about the stay.

  OUR STAY AT THIS PROPERTY WAS AVERAGE TO SAY THE LEAST. THE LANDSCAPE WAS IN DIRE NEED OF UPDATING AND MAINTANENCE, THE PATIO CHAIRS FOR THE TABLE HAD HOLES WORN THUR THEM ALL. THE ADVERTISED GRILL WAS ACTUALLY A PELLET SMOKER AND WAS IMPOSSIBLE TO GRILL ON. ALL THE BEDDING IN ALL THE ROOMS HAD TO BE WASHED AND CHANGED BECAUSE IT WAS COVERED WITH PET HAIR AND DIRTY, WE EVEN FOUND COINS IN THE BEDSHEETS. THE POTS AND PANS WERE ALSO DIRTY AND HAD TO BE CLEANED BEFORE WE COULD USE THEM. I THINK YOU NEED TO UPDATE YOUR PEST CONTROL BECAUSE WE HAD ANTS EVERYWHERE IN THE KITCHEN. WHEN ARRIVED THE WEATHER WAS COLD AND WE HAD A CHALLENGE WITH THE HEATING SYSTEM WHEN WE WOULD INCREASE THE TEMP. IT WOULD DEFAULT BACK TO THE COLDER TEMP ON ITS OWN. GRANTED IT WAS TO COLD TO SWIM IN THE POOL( YOU MIGHT THINK ABOUT PUTTING A HEATER ON THIS POOL IF YOU ARE GOING TO RENT THIS TIME OF THE YEAR) HOWEVER THE POOL WAS VERY DIRTY AND THE POOL ACCESSORIES WERE JUST THROWN IN A PILE ON THE SIDE OF THE HOUSE ALL DIRTY AND DISGUSTING. THIS WAS MY FIRST EXPERIANCE WITH EVOLVE AND IT WILL PROBABLY BE MY LAST.

  Hi Roland, the homeowner, and their team work hard to provide an ideal stay for all guests, so they were surprised by your feedback, and they'd like to share the following:
  - We prioritize every guest experience and did all we could to accommodate your needs for a most enjoyable stay.
  - When you contacted us to see if we could clean the pool an additional time since the rain and wind had blown in some leaves, we had the pool cleaned in between the regular weekly pool service. We also came and removed excess trash since you missed the trash days.
  - Your group never mentioned any cleanliness concerns during your visit. We encourage guests to report any issue right away so we have the opportunity to make things right. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each guest's stay, but we would've been happy to send the cleaner back to reclean any area you felt needed more attention.
  - You did reach out regarding how to operate the thermostat. We talked you through how to use it and stated we would send someone over in ten minutes to help if you still needed assistance.
  - There was a windy period, during your stay, where some of the mulch in the backyard at the edges of the trees moved some. The weekly lawn service addressed and resolved this.
  - The grill is a very nice smoker and is easy to operate with smoker pellets provided in the home, as well.
  - The home has ongoing pest control that manages and protects the property from critters. However, sugar ants could have entered the house due to the cold weather and rain. We have bait in the home that could have been used if we were informed of the issue.
  - This home does not have any pool accessories other than a pool sweep and pool net for taking out leaves, which are on the side of the shed.
  We wish you would've let us of all your concerns as we've been more than happy to resolve them quickly for your group to have the most enjoyable stay!

• Birthday Celebration

  We were all impressed with the home. We were here celebrating my sons 21st birthday. Communication with the property manager was excellent. We came to stay just after the hurricane had passed the area and they did an amazing job picking up any debris from the pool and grounds. We were not sure we would still be able to make the trip due to the hurricane but was pleasantly surprised it all still worked out. Thank you.
