  Lovely property, perfect for the amount of people we had. The main negative would be NO DISHWASHER, with 9 people this was a pain and I don’t understand why a house this nice and with as big a kitchen it had , had no dishwasher. Also, remember to bring extra toilet paper and paper towels as these ran out before end of our stay. The pool area was great and very private. A bit of a pain trying to get in the house with the keypad that was on the door, the night of the wedding we were locked out and needed to call property manager. All in all I would give it an 8 out of 10.

• Needs some help - wasn't ready for a 7 week stay!

  Overall, we endured numerous issues that impacted our 7 weeks stay. Upon arrival at the rental, the yard was a mess with a pile of tree limbs in the front path. The inside curtain to the pool area was dangling off its rod. The pool sliding door was nearly impossible to open. The living room carpet appeared dirty, and the stairwell carpet was filthy/black. The garage was an utter mess and smelled awful. Garbage had not been taken out and boxes strewn everywhere. The pool area had wet towels and a pile of filthy pool floats and toys. A wad of chewing gum was stuck to the side of the nightstand in the upstairs primary bedroom. The kitchen and house were missing basic items. For example, it had one wine glass, 4 spoons, no cleaning supplies, or even a vacuum for the carpet. We requested items and the property manager did pick some up, but these are all basic items that should have been supplied upon arrival. There is no dishwasher even though it states there is one. It also listed 2 king size beds, there's only one. There was only one beach chair and 2 pool loungers. Again, the property manager did order these items, but it took time for delivery. The cable TV did not work for the first week and after continually calling we had to meet the Direct TV guy for the repair. A landscaper did eventually come to clean the yard and half a day was spent listening to him use a blower on the screen roof. There were continual spiders/bugs all over inside the screened area. We took a broom daily to wipe the screens. The dirt and dust were everywhere in the screened pool area – even the walls of the yellow house were black from dirt. The screen roof was piled with leaves, branches, and dirt that hadn't been cleaned. Twice the air conditioner stopped working. One night it was over 80 degrees while we tried to sleep. Again, called to get this resolved. Mold or dirt appeared to be growing on the vents. Handy man came and wiped them down. Construction began on the house next door and for one day we had to listen to the trucks/tractor leveling the ground. Dirt was everywhere and flying all over the pool area. I imagine this will only get worse as building continues. I would encourage the owner to spend some time and money to do the necessary repairs/updates to make it a better rental as it has potential.

  Hi Bev, we want our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we apologize you experienced some issues during your trip. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
  - We strive to provide our guests with a great guest experience, so we were disappointed to hear your feedback and want to take a moment to address your concerns.
  - We have our yard maintenance every two weeks, and your check-in was in between yard maintenance, which was done the following week. During your stay we did have high winds, causing debris to fall from the trees and into the yard, although the weather is something out of our control, we're sorry that this happened during your stay. In addition we later found out that the high winds also caused an issue with the cable TV, but as soon as you made us aware, we hade a service technician come to the home to address the issue.
  - We take the accuracy of our listing seriously and do not provide a dishwasher for guest use, so we appreciate you bringing this to our attention, we have since followed up with Evolve and requested our listing to be updated and remove the dishwasher as an available amenity. We can confirm that the master bedroom upstairs and the master downstairs both have king size beds. We only advertised two lounge chairs on our listing, but upon your request we did purchase 2 more. We also purchased additional beach chairs.
  - The AC is only two years old, but as soon as you made us aware of the issue, we were able to get this addressed as the parts were still under warranty. The repair technician advised, due to the AC not working for several days that the "mold" coming out of the vent was normal due to the condensation.
  - We have since followed up with our Property Manager in regard to ensuring all basic essentials are provided as advertised and the cleaning issues are addressed with our cleaning services.
  We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.

• Big Nice House!

  Big home with lots of room! The 2 masters have their own bathrooms, the 2 other bedrooms share a hallway bathroom, and a 1/2 bath on 1st floor, it's described differently in description. Here is a list of items that are available that most persons would like to know: a large cooler, 4 very nice beach chairs, a beach wagon to haul everything (lifesaver!), Kuerig and regular coffee maker, blender, nice selection of tupper wares, pans, plates, big pitcher, big bowls, & spices. We were about 20 minute drive from most beaches, but very close to restaurants, stores, etc..

  Had a really good time. House was very clean and spacious. The pictures do it justice. My kids loved the pool are. Definitely a plus to have and the space as well. Unfortunately, there's no dishwasher which can be a bit annoying when you're staying longer than 2 days. Overall would definitely recommend it.

  Fantastic home to stay for large families. Very clean and quiet. Highly recommended. Communication with management was easy and quick. She was very accommodating. We all loved staying there. Thank you for taking care of us.
