  Overall, the property and check in was fine. It's near plenty of grocery stores, beaches and things to do. However, I wouldn't call this area "safe". On the last night, my family and I came back to the condo to find 2 men about to fight one another in the parking lot. There were many people outside surrounding them. They were shouting profanity and creating a VERY hostile environment for residents. My husband and I had to grab our children (3 and 4 mos) and run inside. To have to subject our children to that was unbelievably scary. We should not have to fear and worry about that kind of environment on a FAMILY vacation. Never again will we stay here. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this for families.

• Ok, but wouldn’t stay again

  The unit was nice but the grounds and surrounding units were not the best. Neighbors were 420 friendly and the smell was very strong in the common areas. Parking lot was very unkempt. Toys and miscellaneous items were all over outside of the neighboring unit. There was a shoe in the courtyard and other junk items out there all week. Couldn’t get the remote to work on the tv contacted the property manager and she wasn’t around so we finally said forget it. Didn’t feel very comfortable staying in this unit.

• Spring break

  The workout room was advertised to us , but we were told when we got there by the owner that it’s terrible and no one uses it so they don’t advertise it but they do…. Sitting on the back patio looking out into yard was very disheartening ppl love there or rent and they do not take care of their patios it’s gross ! Not fun to look at ppls junk while on vaca ? Terrible view , the outside of the condos very worn down …. Wish it were closer to beach , very loud at 6 am for neighbors who love there sounds like elephants leaving for work and school and dogs barking continuously…

  - We sincerely apologize the workout room was listed incorrectly for our property. We have since updated our listing and do not offer the workout room as an amenity.
  
  - While the neighbor's patio and outside conditions are outside of our control, we're sorry this impacted your stay. Since the hurricane last year, some residents are still struggling to recover as well as the grounds are still being repaired. With our home being located in a residential condo complex, as seen in our listing photos, we apologize the noise from others interrupted your stay. We go above and beyond in providing a comfortable experience for our guests, and we're sorry that outside circumstances caught you off guard.

• Great location to beach, shopping and local family

  Clean stocked kitchen. 3 comfortable beds. good water pressure in both baths. Convenient parking spot. The only cons are a deep cleaning should have been done to the air vents, fans, and ac filter. Expect loud noise from ac unit. Entry flight of stairs had no working light -needed to use cell phone flashlight.

  Great location to all beaches, very clean but plug ins need to be updated & broken stairs going to condo. Towels, chairs & beach items were great!!
