Comfortable Stay
5/5 Property was as advertised and we were very comfortable Enjoyed morning coffee in the lanai watching the pickle ball players & listening to the birds! Having the grocery store close by was great as well Loved the pool and hot tub! Lovely quiet community and beautiful grounds . I would recommend this property to anyone interested in staying off beach area but close by. Communication with our host was excellent while we were there. I inquired about the number of umbrellas the day before we arrived and on our second day two new ones were delivered to the door! Beach chairs and towels were great! If I could suggest a few things to add to the beach supplies, one would be a medium size cooler. There was one there that may have been left by other renters but it was falling apart. We taped it and it made do! Also a beach cart like the ones the beach condos supply. It would make the long walk from the parking lot to the beaches easier. A few more supplies in the kitchen like tin foil and plastic wrap, would be helpful and having to buy more toilet paper was a bit of an inconvenience! Just a few picky things but they make a difference in the experience.

Everything we needed!
5/5 Beautiful and well-equipped condo in a peaceful neighborhood. Great place for a family trip--everything we needed for the pool, tennis courts, trips to the beach or just relaxing at the villa, and close to shopping, beaches and museums.

Wonderful property
5/5 We loved our stay at this property. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked with anything and everything you need to cook with during your stay. Laundry baskets, cleaning tools, towels, pool/beach toys. Everything was incredibly clean and immaculate. Location is great for access to all the local beaches. Our favorites were Nokomis and Siesta Key. The neighborhood pool is very nice and our kids enjoyed it on our last stay. Would definitely book this property again.

Fabulous Sarasota
5/5 The time we spent in Sarasota was just wonderful from our living quarters to being so close to siesta beach !!! We also enjoy eating at all the restaurants going on boat tours. Lounging by the beautiful pool at pine tree - village des pins or on the siesta beach was amazing!!! The villa was the best place we ever stayed!!!
