Great Grayton Beach Stay
5/5 The house was very welcoming, clean and well stocked with all essential vacation items, including a grill and weight set! The aesthetics were relaxing and inspiring. Conveniently located near Grayton/30A with beach shuttle and easy access to all that’s 30A. We will recommend this home to our friends and family. We had a great Spring Break 2023!

Great stay in Grayton
5/5 We had a great stay at “Oko’s Grayton Landing” for SB23. The location was ideal for a quick walk to coffee, a shuttle to the beach or a bike ride into Watercolor/Seaside. The house was very clean and had a welcoming vibe & aesthetic. It had all of the amenities/accessories (and then some) needed for a week away from home. The grill on the back deck was clean and easy to use with its own gas line. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent Oko’s again!
Stunning Home in Grayton Beach
5/5 We have stayed at many homes along the coast of 30A and we decided to try Grayton Beach for our after Christmas getaway for rest and relaxation. I would rate this home a 10/10!! We were highly impressed and loved our stay. This home was absolutely perfect for our needs and extremely comfortable. It is extremely clean, completely remodeled and beautifully decorated. Although we only used the downstairs area of the home, the entire upstairs has so much room which would be perfect for a larger family. The master bed was so comfortable! It also has an outdoor patio and screen porch which is so nice. The owner was so nice and responsive if we had needed anything. We HIGHLY recommend this home!
The perfect beach getaway!
5/5 We booked this house for a last minute trip to the beach and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The house is wonderfully appointed with everything you might need. We were just down the street from the very convenient Grayton Beach drop off. The street is nice and quiet. The beds were very, very comfortable and it’s easy to tell that there were no corners cut in the construction of the house. We spent our mornings drinking coffee on the screened in porch and enjoyed lots of family time in the living room in the evenings. The owner was very communicative and easy to get a hold of. Though we didn’t need it, there’s also a very nice golf cart available on property that you can rent directly through the owner. We would happily rebook Oko’s Grayton Landing for future 30A trips. This would also make a great multi generational getaway with a family upstairs and grandparents downstairs.
