  Loved sitting on the back porch every morning while drinking coffee and watching the squirrels. The master bed was so comfortable. Super nice owner!! Many access points to beach within a few miles. We decided to try a different beach area each day we were there. Grayton State Park was our favorite!! Old Florida Fish House was close by as well as Surfing Deer. Both were excellent restaurants.

• Good location - Unit needs some updates

  The location of the property is really convenient. It's a close walk to the public access to the beach, restaurants, and shops. Cassine Gardens is a really pretty and quiet area. The pool was great to have as an option.The unit was disappointing. It's old, which would be ok, but it really needs some love. The furniture is pretty worn out. The couch and loveseat were especially dirty and creaked every time you sat on them. There is so much furniture in the kitchen/dining area, it's hard to move around. The outdoor patio/deck areas were unkept and really unusable unless we wanted to spend time cleaning them and setting them up for use. Smaller items that need to be replaced/fixed would include:- the kitchen pans - scratched and have no Teflon left - everything sticks- shower curtain - dirty- comforter on king bed - stained- towel rack in shower is broken- town rack in upstairs bath is falling off the wall- mirror in master bedroom is falling apartOverall, we just didn't feel comfortable in the space. It's dark and it could really use a deep cleaning.

  - Our couch is only two years old, and the townhome was renovated in the last couple of years.
  - We use professional photographers so the images accurately reflect each property, and guests can decide before booking if the decor meets their expectations.
  - The back patio is open and at the entrance to the State Forest. An abundance of pollen drops each day, and pine needles are everywhere. No matter how much you sweep it, the pine needles come back with the slightest breeze.
  - Thank you for the feedback about the pans. I just finished purchasing new ones, and they will arrive any day now.
  - Our cleaner checked the comforter and didn't see a stain.
  - A maintenance man is going to the property to rehang the towel rack today.
  - We wish you had reached out to us with your concerns, as we are very quick to address any questions or issues you need answered or taken care of.
  We truly go above and beyond for our guests and are confident that future guests will have excellent stays!

  We could’ve picked a better place to stay. The location was great and the accommodations were very nice.

  The property is in a great location. Two pools, tennis courts, nature trail, and pond with turtles all within walking distance. The beach is a close 5 min walk. The townhouse is just the right amount of space and great water pressure in the shower. Bring your own books and games and you will have a great time.
