BEST STAY!
5/5 This stylish, fun, clean vacation spot was exactly what we hoped for and more. Walkable beach access (7 min) and close to adorable town Seaside. The hosts were so easy to communicate with and so responsive. Wouldn’t have done it any other way!

5/5 Great little bungalow in a great location. Close to a lot of good eats. Short walk to beach, but beware beach access has a lot of steps. Not a problem for us, but may be a problem for some. Complex pools were nice and relaxing to lay by. Enjoyed our stay!
Fantastic location and great for families
5/5 This was our first time visiting the Santa Rosa Beach and Destin areas. We fell in love with 30A and all the towns and beaches. The pool was perfect for families, with an easy walk to the public beach access. The property was clean and quiet, and the bungalow owners/managers were highly responsive, accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable and we had everything we needed for our 6 weeks.

Nice vacation rental.
4/5 Very nice condo. Loads of towels and little extras in bathrooms. Kitchen had everything if you want to fix a meal. Nice extras for the beach with chairs, umbrella and even a wagon. A great location with a short walk to the beach. The pool was exceptionally nice for a small complex. Would definitely recommend and consider a repeat stay.
