Santa Rosa Beach - Unit #169
5/5 Excellent property
Beautiful house ok location
5/5 We stayed here as part of our multi family Floridian road trip. The house is amazing and very spacious, there was plenty of room for everyone in our group of 12. The walk to the beach was to much for the kids in our group, we decided to drive to Grayton Beach State Park a short drive away.

Overall would recommend
5/5 Property was welcoming and comfortable. We had a large group (15) including 6 adults and our children ranging from 11-18. The pool was a great bonus for us when we weren’t at the beach. Recommendations would be a larger fully working grill to accommodate the listing number of people (16). One burner was not working in the grill which limited the amount of foods we could cook at a time, and we cooked and grilled all meals at the house except our last night. I contacted the property company and only received an apology. The only other issue we had was an odor from the master bath on the second floor (balcony room). The pool toys, scooters, pool umbrella and beach chairs were great!!! We even added to the beach toy box

Our family trip
4/5 We were here for a family trip (11 of us from ages 11months old and up)! We had a minor issue upon arriving but contacted the manager and she addressed it ASAP! The house is great! Very spacious and pretty! The pool was wonderful also.My only complaint was it was slightly deceiving in looking just at pictures regarding location to the beach. I thought it was off the house when I booked it and then learned it wasn't. Accessing the beach is a little walk BUT in the heat and carrying everything was definitely tough!

Awesome pool
4/5 Had a wonderful stay. The pool was a hit with the kids and adults alike. The pool umbrella was AMAZING. The beach was fun too, but glad we thought ahead to rent a golf cart to shuttle the kids. The walk was just a bit far for their little legs. The parking was plenty. We had 4 large vehicles with ample room for a rental golf cart.
The house was plenty big for the 13 total but was beginning to show wear. Just little stuff like loose fixtures in the kitchen, wobbly toilet seats, baths that didn't hold water and very worn couches. Everything worked as it should and we did not have to call for maintenance. We were impressed how well the AC worked.
A great perk was being near the grocery store by Watercolor and the Florida Fishhouse. 100% would stay there again.
