    Family all flew down for my dads 80th birthday. I chose it for the number of bedrooms and close proximity to my parents place. I wouldn’t have picked this area if it were vacation destination. All in all, the house was clean, we pretty much just slept there.

  • Nice get-away trip

    We enjoyed our time at the Port Charlotte home. Weather was great! Home was clean and well maintained just as advertised. Punta Gorda was close by to visit. Grocery stores also near. The owner was extremely responsive, helpful, and friendly. The only glitch was the white privacy fence around the pool was destroyed during the hurricane. We were not informed of that damage prior to arrival. Towards the end of our stay, workers arrived to repair and replace the fence which was a good thing except we were not given a heads up that they were coming and they worked from 9:00-5:00 which made hanging around the pool noisy and disruptive. Other than that, the trip, house, and pool were wonderful.

  • Relaxing visit

    We enjoyed our time in Port Charlotte. The house was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed lounging around the pool every afternoon. The host was friendly and responsive. The only downside was the white privacy fence was destroyed by the hurricane. We did not expect to see most of it laying around the yard. Towards the end of our stay, three workers came to replace the entire fence which was very nice, however, they worked from 9:00-5:00 which made it noisy and awkward hanging around the pool. Otherwise, everything was wonderful. Nice, safe neighborhood. Very close to Punta Gorda. Highly recommend the Fisherman's Village for shopping and dining.

  • Evolve tried to help me , but the Owner or Sarita with Florida Pro Management did nothing to help me

    I understand the dam age from the storm, down fences, etc, But after opening the cupboard and finding the most disgusting pans ever (I have pictures to send anyone, I sent them to Florida Pro Management . Nothing happen except a weak text to get back to me and never did. Also the hot water was only hot for the first person. then went very cool,

    After you have to pay such a large cleaning fee I think that I should be able to cook, but the pans were not cook able.

    I feel that I shouldn"t had to go out for meals that is why I stay in a house and not a Hotel.

    This property is not in good shape for the Kitchen

    And the Management is beyond Poor!!!! This Property is not worth the price!!!!

    Owner's response: "Helen, the right vacation home is everything, and we're disappointed if this wasn't the one for you.
    - We were unaware of the condition of the pans, we have not had any negative feedback from other guests nor have we witnessed this firsthand, but we will check with the cleaner
    - The water heater has not been an issue in the past as we have had up to 8 people there and there were no issues with the quantity of hot water
    - The kitchen was remodeled in June of 2022 and is in good condition and is also stocked, we will be looking into the pan issue

    We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests. We will continue to deliver the 5-star experiences we are known for."
