  The home was very clean. There is only one TV and it is in the dining room. The TV is only a Roku TV and does not have cable. The pool is small and worn but heated. The house has lots of glass items and cabinets everywhere so definitely not suited for children or teens. The house is not close to beaches, but you can go to Charlotte Beach park or to Punta Gorda to the Fisherman’s Village for a small beach to only sit out in sun . There is a bathroom with a shower in each bedroom and a guest bathroom with a toilet and sink at the entrance to the home. It is located in a nice quiet older neighborhood . It would have been more comfortable with cable tvs in the bedrooms as well as in the living room but it was ok. The sun shines on the pool in the morning but shade in the afternoon. There is no privacy out by the swimming pool but the neighborhood is quiet.

• Very Clean

  The home was very clean. This home is definitely for adults. There are glass and breakable items everywhere. There is only one TV, and it is a only a ROKU TV. The TV is in the dining room. It would have been more comfortable if there was cable TV and additional TV's.

  The pool is small, older and worn, but nice. The pool area doesn't have privacy to the neighborhood. The owner did purchase a pool heater before we arrived and that was nice to have warm water. The pool has sun during the morning but shade in the afternoon.

  The home is not close to beaches, although there is Charlotte Beach Park close by with a small beach and pier. There is the Fisherman's Village in Punta Gorda which is really nice. Fisherman's village has a small beach with chairs , several nice shops, and wonderful restaurants which are on the water. The home owner is nice and helpful. The neighborhood is quiet.

  The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, plates, etc.

  This home was nice. The only issue was the master bathroom wasn’t clean. We brought this to the hosts attention along with a couple of things that needed to be fixed. One downside was the TV had no local channels. Internet based only.

  - The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized for each stay
  - We had the maintenance person out to check the fan and they said it was in working order
  - We also confirmed that the sleep number bed was not losing air
