PROPERTY ADDRESS:
 - 1314 N 14th Ave, Studio-Bungalow, Pensacola, FL 32503
- When you arrive at 1314 N 14th Avenue, it is the beige house with white trim, a burnt orange front door, and two car driveway
- Please park streetside and walk to the right of the driveway to the cobblestone path and follow the path leading to the two gates
- The right gate has solar lighting and a sign on the gate says" Welcome To The Bungalow"
- Slide the gate latch open and close it behind you
- As you walk down the fenced walkway you will see the side door with a lock box. The lockbox and door are for emergencies only
- The screened-in porch front entrance has a burnt orange door that remains unlocked
- Enter the porch and use the keyless entry to enter the code. Please keep the small black gate latched so the owner's dogs do not get inside. Enjoy your stay!

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code is 1314
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the studio by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Leave all slept-in beds unmade
- Strip linens from sleeper sofas and trundle beds and return to their original positions
- Start washing a load of bath towels
- Please clean the grill with the wire brush if it was used
- Please hand wash all dishes and put them back
- Please tidy up the yard
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the studio is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
