5/5 This property is in a neighborhood with houses close together. Other than a dog barking at 5:45 am, that really was no problem. The house was very clean and neat. Comfortable. Spacious. Friendly host with great communication. We would definitely stay again.

Spacious, quiet and in a great location not far from Pensacola Beach.
5/5 Great location, really pleasant and quiet neighborhood. The house is very spacious and clean. The only issue we had was with the air conditioner freezing up a couple of times. The host did respond in a timely manner to correct the problem. We really enjoyed our stay and definitely will plan on using this location again if we travel to the area.

What a nice home!
5/5 Exceeded my expectations! Very roomy home, super kitchen (extremely well stocked with ample glasses, silverware, pots, pans, utensils, etc.) Unique setup with two living rooms, but found it was perfect as we were two couples watching two different TV shows at night. Beds were wonderful, bathrooms and shower very nice. Neighborhood very quiet, never heard a peep, car horn, anything. If I come back to Pensacola again, I will definitely try to rent this home again.

5/5 This home is so nice. It was located just a few minutes from Pensecola Beach. My family and I loved the location. The neighbors are extremely nice. Anytime we needed anything the owners was just a call away. The were so quick to respond and so helpful!
