  • Don’t rent this house

    There were no instructions to operate anything. I had to call Manager to get the wi-fi password. She had to call the owner and then call me as texts weren’t working. There were two tv’s and one remote. Never got the other one. There was no smoke detector in the house. The dishwasher leaked puddles after operating. There was no garbage disposal in kitchen. There was no ice maker. The bathrooms were small and no place to put toiletries. The second bathroom had a very tiny sink, which was mounted less than three feet off the floor. The bathtub had been painted and was peeling which made it unacceptable to use. Outside grill was nasty and unusable. And finally, the sewer line in front yard was broken and bubbling to the yard. This house needs a lot of attention and should not be rented!!! In fact I should be refunded what I paid for this dump.

    I have stayed at many VBRO's and this may be my favorite. Located in East Hill neighborhood, which is absolutely beautiful, has many parks for the whole family to enjoy close by. Short drive to Pensacola Beach. Many local restaurants This house has everything you need for a comfortable stay.
