  We stayed in Treehouse Ground Floor. The inside was clean and cute, the Sleeping and Bath areas were accommodating for our group of 5 Adults. However, the description stated sleeps 8 but the kitchen only contained 2 Wine Glasses and two Drinking Glasses and only 5 Coffee Cups, if you advertise for 8 then you should stock the kitchen for such. The Bedrooms had the proper linens and pillows, however we could not find any pillows or blankets for the Futon in the Living Room. The outside Patio Area, Grills and Firepit area had not been cleaned prior to our arrival or obviously for sometime prior. The ground, tables and chairs are totally covered in leaves and dirt debris. For this reason we did not use these areas. Needs to be De-cluttered. One would think that the $175 cleaning fee should cover all aspects of the property. We liked the location as there are two nice Bar / Grills within walking distance and within driving minutes of many Beach areas and attractions.

  Frenda, we’re glad you found the home clean, but we’re sorry other aspects fell short of expectations. After sending your feedback to the owner, they’d like to share the following:
  "We strive to provide excellent stays for our guests and we regret this was not the case for you.
  -We were not aware that the kitchen was lacking in glassware as we had just completed a full inventory in January. That said, my Guest Contact, Bianca is incredibly responsive to our guests during their entire stay so had she or I been notified, we would have immediately provided glassware or anything else that may have been missing. I have since ordered glassware for all units to ensure that we have more than enough to accommodate our future guests.
  -Concerning the bedding, we have extra bedding including quilts, pillows, sheets, etc in our locked storage on the property. We would have been more than happy to provide any additional bedding had we been aware it was needed.
  -We have yard maintenance that comes twice a month to blow leaves, weed, mow, and the like. We have had several storms over the past month and your visit may have coincided with a most recent storm. The yard work is not included in the cleaning fee and it is a service that I pay out of pocket.
  -The cleaning fee does cover our professional cleaning service and the essentials/amenities we provide for our guests (shampoo, soap, dishwashing soap, laundry supplies, garbage bags, toilet paper, paper towels, etc.)

  The house is nice with the amenities that is described. I would recommend this property, but only if you really know the area. This area is not accommodating to all cultures. Upon arrival, the house must just had pest control treatment as the smell overtook the house and dead bugs were everywhere. The rooms were as described and comfortable. For a rental to comfortably accommodate six, a couple of things are for suggestion. Please provide more tissue and towels. Please let the washer air dry as mold is all around the gasket. Please have the outside trash dumped before guest arrives so the renters trash can be properly disposed of. Things we enjoyed were the room the rental provided, the television channels, offered, the bathroom spaces, and the available parking.

• Nice location close to beach

  The property was nice, parking was a little tricky. The outdoor seating area had toys and things everywhere. The unit was the downstairs, typical for downstairs noise. Good water pressure.
