Beautiful location and well-equipped, lovely home.
5/5 We so enjoyed our stay in this home. The view from the back is beautiful. And the home had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. One note, if you want to use the grill, you will need to provide your own propane. We purchased a propane tank at Walmart and then took it to our son's home where he will continue to use it. We had not intended to use the grill the first night, so it did not become a problem. The updates in the home are lovely. We got confused about how to access the power in the "Slip Shack." I contacted the owner who responded immediately and fixed us up. We accidentally took a few of their coozies in our ice chest. I let her know I would ship them back, and she was very kind and understanding. It is centrally located to everything, but off the beaten path. So there is an opportunity for activities, but also a lot of privacy. Our family had a wonderful time. Cannot recommend this rental enough!
Great location with a great view.
5/5 The site was great. They took the time to make the place both look good, be comfortable, and still feel like it wasn't going to break if I actually sat on something. Was great overall for my dog and would be a great place to bring kids as well. I liked the fact it was a few miles away from everything. Well we were there, we got to see a dolphin swimming up the channel.

Excellent House and Management!
5/5 The house was beautiful! It’s tucked away from a lot of commotion so you can enjoy nights out on the dock. Jennifer was amazing, had quick responses, and her customer service was on point! The beds were comfy! The house was clean! Love, love , love!!!

Perfect Bay House
5/5 We had a great time, the house was absolutely perfect and gated. The bed were so so comfy! The sectional was stunning! The house was clean, typical neighborhood. The dock was so close by and the gazebo was perfect.It was a great 3 day stay! We also were able to check in earlier than expected. The owners were so easy to work it. We highly recommend this house. Perfect for guests who don’t plan to leave and venture out.
