Nice neighborhood, quiet and relaxing
5/5 Needs a little plumbing (handyman) work. Kitchen sink is loose, shower faucets don't shut water off to tub while shower is being used. But water pressure for shower was still great. House was clean and easily accessible. Neighborhood was quiet and friendly.

10 day stay.
5/5 The home was a haven for us during our stay. It was close to everything we wanted to do. Very centrally located for trips to family home, town, black water river and interstate to the beach. Alot less expensive than we expected.. we had everything we needed. The home had two large bedrooms so perfect for 2 couples with 2 rooms for kids as well. Owner is also continuous improving this new rental. He is improving the yard now. Fenced back yard is a good place for smaller children to safely play.
