This home was so wonderful! The space was perfect for our 10 (adult sized) people! The bedrooms were wonderful as were the bathrooms that went with each one! The kitchen was perfect! The dining table was a great place for us to gather each night and eat and play games! We ate every meal at the house. There was ample seating for all of us. There were dishes, pots, pans, and plenty of utensils! The three season porch was our absolute favorite part of the stay!! We did notice that one of the wheels of the screen part of the slider was off and sitting next to it. So as to not make it worse, we did not touch it or use the screen part of the slider. It was not needed as the porch is screened in. We truly enjoyed our coffee there every morning!NOTE: The shuttle to the beach resort only ran on the weekend. The beach resort building/restaurant/bar/beach service was only open Thurs-Sun as they are currently under staffed. We just drove to the public beach next door and used the chairs you had at the house and we also brought some of our own.The game space in the basement was amazing! The pop a shot basketball game, ping pong and ring hook were a hit!! It was especially great to keep the teenagers busy on a rainy day! The guys said the grill was great! The beds were very comfortable and we also appreciated the shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispensers (that were full!) in each shower! The washer and dryer are GREAT! The bikes were nice to have (only used once, and we pumped the tires-nice to have the pump there!). We brought our own, so we really didn’t need them. The resort pool, gym and facilities are awesome! We went to the gym every day, and used the pool as much as the beach! SO nice! They had great music playing by the pool all day too!Improvements:The pans in the kitchen could really use an upgrade. We took great care to not burn anything in them, but some better non-stick pans would be a good idea. Some spices would be nice to have. We brought our own, so we didn’t need them, but we are glad we did. Most rentals have some basics including cooking oils (thankfully, we brought that too). Also, some other basics like ziplock bags, foil, etc would be a good idea to have in a drawer.

Improvements:
The pans in the kitchen could really use an upgrade. We took great care to not burn anything in them, but some better non-stick pans would be a good idea.

The cleaners only did an “okay” job. Everything looked clean, but upon closer looks, the floors were not washed in the bathrooms, and the bathroom drawers had hair in them. The rugs were not shaken out, and were full of sand.
It should be noted in the description that there are TVs, but no cable. We had to hook up our computer to watch the March Madness games.
It should be noted that the area is mostly under construction as it is all being newly developed. We typically go to Destin, where there are miles of paved pedestrian walkways where we ride and walk, but it is not safe to do this outside of the neighborhood.
We would consider renting this house again! Thank you for the great time in Perdido Key!
The house & community was beautiful. We loved being so close to the beach & all of the amenities that were included. Communication with the owners was great, they were very responsive & gave us lots of great information/recommendations. We definitely hope to stay here in the future!
