Peaceful and Safe Retreat
5/5 This home is much larger than expected and also immaculate. The neighborhood is quiet and Lenore is wonderful to chat with if by chance you need anything. Very nice home. We will be back and bring our bikes!
Convenient Location
4/5 Location was perfect for our dual purpose trip to Pensacola! Close to the Navy base as well as the sports complex in Foley! The house offered plenty of room and everything you could need!

Dirty, worn property
2/5 Kitchen floor dirty, had to mop immediately upon arrival....ALL carpet stained and dirty....no blinds on bedroom window, hole in wall, shower did not drain.....called contact multiple times but NEVER reached anyone.NOT worth money spent.

Hi Paige, the owners would like to address the comments that you made in your review: "We are very sorry you were disappointed with your stay.
-We were in contact with you personally after you left, however, you never reached out to us during your stay.
-We sincerely apologized for the damaged carpet, as it may have been damaged by the previous renters.
-Our cleaning team is excellent and let us know there is no way they left the floors dirty. If you had contacted us during your stay, we would have been happy to address anything that was out of place.
-We fixed the drain and replaced the shade as soon as we heard about these concerns.
-The house is not rundown or dirty. The pictures show the home exactly as it is, except we have added a new refrigerator.
-While we are very sorry that you did not enjoy your stay, we sincerely feel your comments are disingenuous.
-We refunded your cleaning fee for good measure and did everything we could do to make you happy.
If there is ever a valid concern, please contact us right away using the contact information we provide in our welcome email, and we will take care of any concern right away. We want all of our guests to have a great stay, and if there is ever anything we can do to make sure you have a great experience, please don't hesitate to let us know."
