Overall great experience
4/5 We went to spend the weekend with our Marine. It was good - the house was clean and comfortable. It had all the resources we needed- manager was available for questions. The surrounding area was ok but it is what it is. Once inside it was nice - clean - cool and we would stay again.

Girls Trip
5/5 I would recommend this place to everyone. Clean, great location, the Blue Angels were practicing and we were able to sit on the deck and enjoy the show. Would have stayed longer if I could

Cute little place
5/5 Communication with owner was awesome. Trailer was cute and very quiet! Don’t let the other trailers scare you, everyone was nice and we felt safe.

A little disappointing
3/5 We were in town for a graduation. Our first impression was not good because there were many run down trailers in the beginning of the community. The ones near us were fine. The deck on the rental was beautiful and new. Great place to entertain. The place was spacious but not cleaned properly. I notified the manager and she offered to have the cleaning person come back however, they had just left so why would I have them come back to clean what they should have done already. The floors were covered with sand, dirt and hair and were really dirty. We had to sweepand mop them and clean the bathrooms. There was a smell but I was able to neutralize it with spray. My daughter found toe nails in her bed. The dryer didn't work very well but we managed. Aside from cleaning it's not a bad place to stay. No bugs thank God and again the deck was beautiful and they had all the conveniences of home.
