Summer Family Vacation
4/5 The unit itself is best suited for an older, retired couple. There is a long walk to the enclosed, outdoor pool, with horrible acoustics! No beach gear was allowed in our unit, which we respected. We were allowed an early check in. However, managers were horrible and flat out rude! There is a HUGE disclaimer about parking permit violations and parking passes. When we arrived, there were no passes in the unit, and when we called to relay our concerns, staff was rude, unhelpful, & ultimately told us to put a Post-IT on windshield. Very reassuring! Then, upon entry, the entryway light was blown, so we had to use our cell phones to see down the long, dark corridor! Staff came the next day to deliver the parking passes and didn't fix the light that went out, and by then we were tired of dealing with them! The TV went out thereafter, and rather than deal w CS, we literally went out to BUY movies for the kids! CS is horrible and we'll not stay here again.

Nice place
4/5 The condo was nice and furnished well only issue was the ac didn't keep up very well toward the end of our stay and the property manager told us “to turn a fan on it was normal”. Would have expected better service for the price But the condo itself was very nice.

Amazing Condo
5/5 This condo was perfect for our family of 4. The kids each had their own bedroom and bathroom. It was very nice to have all the amenities of a home instead of living out of a hotel for the week. The view of the bay was great, we could even see the Blue Angels practicing from the balcony! The condo was in a great location to be able to see the pool and tennis court from the balcony. We had other families staying at Florencia so it was nice to see where everyone was at outside. We would definitely stay here again!
