Beautiful new house but lacks comfort
4/5 House was new, clean, and felt safe. But it needs nicer finishing touches. The couches were cheap futons and uncomfortable, smaller TV, and was cold without an area rug in the living room (we visited in the winter). Cheap metal stools and dining room table. The outdoor furniture also wasn’t great. We did spent all day out doing things but when we returned in the evening it would have been nice for it to be more comfortable.

Owner's response: "Hi Glenn! We're so glad to hear you liked our beach home. We have modernized our home with modern flooring tiles after receiving guest feedback saying this was preferred for ease of rolling luggage and cleanliness.
The main living room offers guests a large 55" streaming TV, and each of the bedrooms has there own streaming TV with the Executive Suite offering a 42" streaming TV.
All furniture is upgraded for guest comfort and is specially designed to offer the greatest experience whether it be for relaxing or gathering.
