1/5 I very much regret renting this property. I prefer renting through a person I can speak with should things arise which did. On arrival, the balcony doors were open, and the condo was hot and we later found out those doors would not lock or stay shut. We propped a broom in front of it and a storm woke us up knocking the door open and allowing rain to poor in the first night. The front door would not lock when leaving. The cleaning fee is outrageous for 3 nights yet they expect you to wash dishes(which is fine), walk a mile to take trash out or for the advertised hot tub and wash and DRY towels (which I might add they only gave enough for one day so I did this all 3 days we stayed. On the final night, after a long shopping and beach day, the water main broke at the condo so we ended up leaving and coming on home seeing as how there was no way to shower or brush our teeth. I have reached out and only been in contact with the lady that cleans the place. While she was very nice, she could offer no solutions or contact with the owner nor has the owner reached out to us to even attempt to make this right. I’m not usually a fussy renter whatsoever but this was a very frustrating stay and I didn’t feel as though we were within reach of getting any immediate assistance for a short stay.

4/5 Ultimately we enjoyed our stay the place is great! And definitely a nice beach feel in regards to interior.
