  The property had constant issues with elevators not working or going out often. The Condo served it purpose, safe place to stay. The following updates are needed; all new bath towels; (hand, face, body, mats), shower curtain, tile re-gouted or cleaned, updated carpet mats, and toliet seats. Condo has lots of potential but needs updates. View from balcony is Beautiful!

  -We apologize for the issues you experienced with the elevators. We are happy to report both central elevators have just been replaced and
  upgraded
  -Our guest contact is available to assist with any issue or concern you may have while in residence and we encourage our guests to reach out immediately for a most comfortable stay. The shower curtain is two months old and we have since replaced all of the linens
  -Additionally, our maintenance team has replaced the toilet seat and we have had the shower deep cleaned to ensure that this issue does not recur for future travelers
  We do all we can to make our homes the best possible stays, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests. Thank you for your feedback, and we hope to host you again!

  Property owner was very helpful. Old place but we’ll maintained. The condo was freshly updated all except the bath room. And it was good. We would stay again. Great view on the 12 floor balcony.

  This is a older property which currently has center elevators not working. The condo is great for a couple and maybe one child. Very well decorated and the common grounds on the property wonderful.

• Beach Retreat

  The condo was very clean, nicely decorated, very well appointed and the view was SPECTACULAR! The only thing we had to do was roll in our luggage and enjoy our stay. We didn't cook our meals but if we would have the kitchen was very well stocked. The owner thought of everything you would need. We appreciated the dishwasher tablets, dish soap, laundry detergent tablet and the hand soap that was provided for each bathroom sinks. I highly recommend staying here.
