Beautiful view
3/5 Our stay was ok. View was gorgeous, however we did have quite a few things that really caught us off guard. I wrote an email to the guest contact and she never even emailed me back. We had no idea we would have to immediately run to Walmart and get paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap and dish washer detergent, plus garbage bags, as there was NONE in the condo!! The floor was never mopped or swept before our arrival- tons of black long hair found on the floor and our feet. Under the beds were TONS of used kleenex, trash and other garbage items! There were signs of construction inside the condo such as loose screws, blinds not yet put up sitting behind the TV in the guest room, no closet doors, plus we had to get our own hangers for the closets as there were none. The floor (vinyl tile) is loose coming up in front of the patio doors and also in front of the shower. The bathroom fan is hidden up in the ceiling somewhere DO NOT TURN IT ON! The noise it makes is unbearable! We found the refrigerator had only one drawer (one was completely missing) and also the shelves in the doors (2 out of 3) were just gone!) Looks like it was a fridge from someone's garage and it hit the counter when opened. No chairs offered for the deck so make sure to bring some of your own! The king bed was so hard- unfortunately my husband's back is still messed up. Also- the couch is horribly sinking onto the pull-out bed. For $1500 for the week, I feel I paid way too much for all that we had to purchase on our own and deal with. ALSO- the construction to the buildings is terribly loud. Parking was limited, pools closed, access to the outside spaces all closed. We had to enter and exit the East tower past the open garbage collection area. What a wonderful welcome. Garbage spills and nasty sticky stuff all over the one entrance.

5/5 This beautiful condo is just what me and my small family needed! This beautiful home sits right on the beach and is in a beautiful community with a private pool and direct beach access! You won’t regret this rental!
