  needs new coffee pot, existing unit does not work. Unit is very small, TV is too small for the bedroom and is the only TV in the unit.

• Not worth the money

  The good- You have an ocean view on the west side of the building.The bed was comfortable and the linens were cleanGood location near pier park, close to everything.Management was very responsive when we had issues.The bad The HVAC unit shut off multiple times leaving the room absolutely frigid during our winter stay. We had to reach out to the management multiple times to reset the unit. The front door has absolutely no seal to it and blasted cold air into the unit constantly.The dishes were not clean including the coffee cups which smelled.The hot water lasted less than 15 minutes, this was not enough time for one shower let alone a couple who like to take individual showers. The description of the condo states there is an amenities fee which was significantly more in actuality.For our stay there was a high cleaning fee. Upon receiving checkout instructions we were supposed to strip the bed linens, take out the trash, and put all the dishes in a dishwasher which didn't exist. We were on vacation and stripping bed linens should not be on the list of things we are expected to do when a cleaning fee is charged. We are local to this area and chose this place for our anniversary staycation. For the money we paid for this rental, even on off season, we do not feel it was worth it. We will not be staying again.

  Hi Mary, we're glad you enjoyed certain aspects of this property, but sorry your stay fell short in other areas. We passed your feedback onto the homeowners, who would like to share the following;
  - We double-checked the front door and confirmed that the seal is fine. Our property manager let us know that you accidentally left it open, which caused the HVAC system to shut down and let the cold air inside.
  - We are glad our manager was able to reset the HVAC system, and they were not made aware of any concerns after that.
  - Our team would have been happy to come over and reclean the dishes if needed. They assured us they will pay close attention to those moving forward.
  - We have a high-quality water heater, and guests have never had an issue with it running out before. We confirmed that it is working well.
  - The checkout procedures are standard in the vacation rental industry, but we're sorry those were not to your liking.
