• Great property - close to beach

  The property manager (R****t) was very polite, professional and picked our call on Sunday morning. He resolved our queries.The property is a v short walk (2 minutes) to the beach. Folks had left behind some toys for kids. Two chairs and an umbrella were included (very useful). If the owner added a beach wagon, that would be super useful. Will stay again.

  The evolve Property manager (Robert) was great. He was polite, respectful, helpful and picked my call in 3 rings !

  Good location and v short walk to the beach. Shuffleboard court is 20 steps away.

• Ground floor, great condo!

  All in all we lived this condo. Located on the ground floor. Short walk to pool and beach. Very safe, every gate had a key code. Clean condo. Stocked well. Cons: hot water heater was absolutely horrible. We did not have one hot.warm shower on our stay. Pillows were horrible! Bring your own.

  - We apologize for the inconvenience with the hot water. We asked our plumber to inspect the hot water heater and replace it if necessary so future guests don't run into the same issue, and are happy to report that he found everything to be working properly.
  
  - There are 12 pillows to choose from in the condo, and while we try to accommodate all guests' comfort, we're sorry they didn't meet your preferences.

• Great rental-exactly what we wanted

  I need to start by saying the owner Rob is WONDERFUL! The low stars are for "the evolve team" who manage the property. We arrived at the rental about 1130p and the code to the gate did not work. After several attempts, we stayed at a hotel about 3 miles away for the night. Rob responded immediately in the morning and met us at the condo-I am thankful he and his family happened to be in town the same weekend and were very close to us. He updated the Evolve team with the new access codes at the first of the year - he showed me the emails he sent to them. They however did not update the information in the welcome/checking in email. The gate code was incorrect as was the door code to get into the condo. Rob reimbursed me for the hotel immediately and that was the only hiccup of the trip. The rooms were clean and comfortable and in the 2nd bedroom, the door closed with the bathroom inside the room, so it seemed like 2 master suites. The only complaint about the room: pillows were too soft - I would recommend a variety of firmness. My niece and I like firmer pillows! The condo was what we needed for the purpose of our trip and we cooked dinner for other family members that stayed in area hotels. The beach access is a short walk around the tennis/pickleball courts and is private access. The beaches are amazing - so different from southern CA. If I come back to Panama City Beach, we will stay here again. it was perfect (except the pillows) :) .

• winter vacay

  My family and i have been staying at sugar beach since the 70s and for my siblings and i as kids we always loved seeing how each condo we stayed i was decorated and this one we have stayed i twice now and love it!!!!! it has enough room for us all. its always clean and starting to feel like our second home
