• Beyond my expectations

  This property is older but beautiful and up with the times. Our room was clean and well stocked with just what we needed. It has both types of coffee machines for those buying groceries ahead of check in. The community and resort Office staff were very friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed our own beach access and the private pool area was beautiful. There were small smoking areas on all floors and community grounds that made me feel comfortable and relaxed to just be myself without worrying about offending others on the property. This property was a great value and family friendly. I am looking forward to visiting again.

• Nightmare

  This property was advertised at the time of booking as a 2 queen bed condo. Upon arriving the room had been updated to 1 king bed an a pull out sofa. We received no notice of this from the owner or property management companies.When expressed our concerns we were told the pull out couch is a sufficient replacement. Also the air is controlled by the owner and does not go lower than 72. Which would have been better than It not working 95% of the time And us burning up like we did. Part of the air issue was due to a storm but prior to the storm It was still hardly working. We were told to open a window and we should be fine. Zero information left in the condo about check in/check out ,wifi info, or resort info in general. We all took cold showers the entirety of our visit because after the 1st shower of the day you were out of the small amount of WARM water available. Security wasn’t even on site until our 3rd night there. No parking passes come with the room. We had to pay $40 additional for parking passes once the security showed up and decided to work on the 3rd night. Spoke directly to the property manager about all of these issues and no accommodations or reimbursements we’re offered. I received a text at check out that stated “Thank you for staying with us sorry for everything you had to deal with“.
