Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful experience staying at this condo! It was clean and the beach was perfect. Not too busy. Loved sitting on the balcony looking out onto the waves. Will definitely stay here again!

Not as advertised

No heat; we were told by the security guard that maintenance personnel was 2 hrs away. Security guard was used as maintenance personnel after 4:00 checkin. Vacated the premises the next morning. Notified the owner. Not a pleasant experience.

Carolyn, the right vacation home is everything, and we're disappointed if this wasn't the one for you. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:

- When notified of the property not having heat, I immediately notified security, as their protocol is to check any issues with them first and then call maintenance if needed. The guard found the heat had been turned off, possibly by a previous guest, and noticed the air from the air handler was still cool after he turned the value to heat. Maintenance was suggested as the guard was unable to assist further.

- I immediately called maintenance to fix the heat and mentioned they were an hour away. I do sincerely apologize for this inconvenience during your stay. I authorized a full refund knowing you left the property early. The issue has since been fixed and I do apologize you were not able to experience a 5-star stay.

A Near Perfect Vacation

Everything at the condo was clean and fully functional. Balcony view of Gulf beach was very good and furniture on balcony was comfortable. Sleeping accommodations were also very comfortable. Drawback to trip was having to leave early due to Hurricane Nicole.

Not happy

Property did not look like the pictures. Had issues with linen had blood stain and it was brushed off as lip stick which it was not. Dishwasher was full air must had not been working has window units of some kind that keep falling off was taped on with tape. Oven was dirty. My issues were not addressed by manager.

Hi Crisalida, this homeowner works hard to provide an ideal stay for all guests, and they'd like to address the following:
- I use professional photography so the features you see on the listing are as advertised. There have only been minor changes to some furniture to improve the guest's stay.
- When you reached out about the stool seats on the balcony, I explained the last guest spilled on the seats and sent new covers for our cleaner to replace. The balcony seats have since been repaired.
- The cleaner reported there was no blood, only lipstick, and it came out of the comforters. When I let you know this, I never heard back from you nor received any photos of the stain. I asked our cleaner to double-check all linens for any stains and either make sure they are totally clean or use the replacements.
- The dishwasher was full of clean dishes that the cleaner forgot to put away, and I apologize for this.
- Before your arrival, I sent an email that explained the entire facility was experiencing an issue with the chiller and the cooling tower and that we have portable cooling units to compensate. The portable units are now removed as the facility has repaired the chiller.
- I was in frequent communication with you throughout your stay, and I'm always happy to help with any guest questions or concerns.
The owners are committed to making every guest experience enjoyable, and we look forward to this home hosting many happy travelers!

First of all I’ve been coming to PP since my dad bought C2-502 in 1977. So I have always loved it.

C2-402 didn’t disappoint. Everything was as shown in the listing. Keyless check-in, very well stocked, updated appliances. I only had to communicate with the owner concerning a Wi-Fi upgrade occurring while we were there and she was very responsive. All-in-all a great stay. My only disappointment from the old days is PP is no secret anymore and it was packed. No knock, it’s just the world we live in.
