  The property was very well kept and extremely comfortable and close to shopping and beach. The hosts were very attentive and responsive. Book this spot - will not regret.

  The house is as listed nothing fancy or special but nice. The pool is beautiful, chilly, the outside area could use some work the gate to backyard does not close or lock, the area is mostly dirt and weeds and trash left from the work on the pool. Bed was not very comfortable at all and had outage of wifi so no TV or internet for first day which was frustrating. There appears to be pretty much anything you could need here or very near by with little more work few small improvements the house could be much better.

  - We are continuing to make improvements to our home. One is adding sod to the front yard once we install a sprinkler system.
  - Per your feedback, we will add a latch to the back gate.
  - While the medium firmness beds are only four months old, we know that mattress preference is unique to each guest, and we were sorry to hear that you weren’t comfortable during your stay.
  - The Wifi outage did occur the 1st night due to an outage in the area by our provider, but please accept our sincere apology for the frustration you experienced.

  All family stayed comfortable and the house is fully equipped por a short stay as ours.Near shopping center, food, beach. Everything was good. Recommend!

  pool was awsome! property manager and his wife made you feel at home. neighbors waved made you feel at home. just over all a great spot close to everything safe. my familt had a great time and will definitely be renting again thanks
