Lovely little house!
5/5 We were in the area to visit family. We arrived very late but had no problem getting into the house. This is the kind of place we like to rent on vacation: everything you need without unnecessary frills. The owner checked to see if we needed anything and was very responsive to comments. If needed, I would definitely rent again.

Not a good outcome
1/5 Once we got there everything looked nice but it was dusty. The chairs were dry rotted so my 80 year old uncle nearly bust his back as he sat down on one of the chairs he fell straight back he couldn’t move he just laid there. The hostess was pretty rude. We tried to clean as best as we could as we were leaving the house by following that list on the email and trying to make sure animal stay far from the trashcan and we got evil messages about
how we didn’t do a good of a job cleaning when we’re not cleaning people but we did clean as best as we could as pertaining to the list of how to clean when leaving, so it kind of made us feel bad. It wasn’t a very welcoming stay or departure.

5/5 The house and location were perfect for a quick girls getaway to the beach. Clean, well stocked, and comfortable. We loved the screen room and backyard!
