Ormond beach
5/5 Property was clean and the unit was well stocked. The beds were very comfortable. Unit was close to the pool. The owner was ever easy to contact and work with. Would stay again

Great spot
5/5 We loved the location of the condo, very close to the beach and has a nice heated pool outside. The condo was great, could’ve used a few more kitchen items and could’ve been a little cleaner but overall we had a good stay!

5/5 See above. Close to Sanford airports. Lots to do within short distance. Nice beach, quiet and nice shells. Had excellent weather so were Lucky, no rain and not too hot.

Above & Beyond my expectations!!
5/5 Ron’s place is absolutely perfect!! Right across the street from the beach and property is well maintained. The inside of the unit was immaculate and well stocked! I really didn’t need to bring anything from home except my clothes & food/drinks. The 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is well furnished with a great beach theme and view of the ocean. Ron is not just a Premier host he is “THE PREMIER” host!! I will definitely return. Truly the best vacation rental I’ve ever stayed in and I’ve stayed in a lot in my 60+ years. Thanks so much Ron for making our stay so enjoyable!!
