• Quiet Beach Location

  Enjoyed my stay. Loved that they allow dogs and the back yard is completely fenced! It's a quiet location within walking distance to the beach...but our incredible regional cold snap kept me from the water! LOL! So I hunkered down and watched movies on the well-subscribed, very large television, between visits from my grandson. We enjoyed the "lounge" area, and would have loved time on the patio. Next time for sure!!! Recommend!

  We like how close the house was to the beach, but we were very disappointed with the cleanliness of the property. We killed dozens of small roaches throughout our stay, the twin bed that our son slept in had long hair stuck in the sheets, and some of the towels had the same hair on them. We enjoy using VRBO rentals but we won't stay here again. Just too many bugs. :(

  Hi Leah, thank you for your feedback. We passed it along to the homeowner and they wish you would've contacted them right away during your stay so they could've addressed your concerns immediately. They'll have the property serviced for pests, and collaborate with their cleaning team.

• Horrible, dirty home! Deceiving descriptions of riverfront, garage and entire accommodationons.

  Totally unacceptable. I have had six detailed telephone conversations with Evolve staff, and no resolution as of this date. We left three days early because of deplorable conditions in the house and misleading listing information.

  - We use a professional cleaning company to clean and sanitize the home between all guests. We have addressed your specific concerns regarding cleanliness with the cleaning company so this issue does not affect future guests.
  - We do include a map on our listing so that guests can see the approximate location of the home prior to booking, but we apologize that this caught you off guard. We have also updated the listing description to make our location clear for all travelers.
  - We use professional photography for the home, so the features you see on the listing are accurately advertised.
  - Thank you for your patience as our teams worked to provide you with your refund and hope that these measures helped to make up for the inconveniences experienced.
  We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.

  The house was clean, comfortable, and the decor is beachy and fun. The property manager was available and accommodating. We enjoyed having a couple of bikes to use. Not a short walk to a beach access, but easy and quick to bike or drive. Close to grocery and breakfast places.
