3/5 This property is actually a working hotel and several of the units having been converted into condos. You could look at the hotel website for more info. Several amenities were closed due to covid. We thought we were getting a full condo. We were awakened once we arrived that there was not an oven or a washer/dryer. There was a laundry room the next floor up for 1.75 per load. Only one washer was working. Coins can be exchanged at the front office. The full sized beds were very small for my teenage kids but we made it work. We were at the parks and beach so we weren't in the room much. Plan to bring your own beach towels if you go to the beach. Smaller bath towels are in the apartment. There weren't enough dishes for all 7 of us so we just used paper goods and the dishwasher wasn't working either. We did notice silverfish in the kitchen and hope they didn't make it home with us. We were halfway between Disney and Universal, very close to Sea World. The price and location were nice but it was very tight for the 7 of us.
