  • Quiet stay

    Stayed at property a month ago and it had Spartan furnishings. This stay it had much updated furnishings and houseware. Now has all you need for comfortable stay. Is in quiet area and our dog loves the fenced in yard and have quiet country road to walk her.

  • FLEAS Don't bring your pet or you and they will be infested.

    I couldn't stay there but one night and a late check in and early check out next day..My dog is one flea meds and recently groomed so no fleas on him anywhere until i come into this yard. Then, of course, they are now also in the house...everywhere...biting me and the dog...told owner and he said he is not responsible for any reimbursement whatsoever. Can you help?

    - We're sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations. We understand that the flea infestation caused a great deal of inconvenience and discomfort for you and your dog, and we apologize for any distress this may have caused.
    - We take the cleanliness and safety of our property very seriously and have taken immediate action to address the flea issue. We have hired a professional exterminator to treat the entire property routinely to ensure this does not happen again.
    - Regarding your request for reimbursement, we understand your frustration, but the property owner did reach out to you via email, the day you contacted them to let them know that you are leaving a day early. The property owner sent you the contact information necessary to initiate a request for reimbursement and their personal contact information.
    We value your feedback and will do our best to prevent similar issues from happening in the future. We hope you will consider staying with us again in the future, and that we can provide you with a more enjoyable and comfortable experience.
