• Found my go to place to stay in Ocala

  Recently stayed here while traveling to Ocala for a special family celebration. We had several staying in the house and found we had plenty of room for all to be very comfortable. This house is so spacious! It was clean and had everything we needed. I even kept my baby nephew with me a few nights and felt comfortable with him playing and crawling around! I worked a few days and had no issues with the internet connection and the family enjoyed the several movie options offered. The lot is huge and beautiful. We could sit outside for hours! Very centrally located, so easy to get anywhere needed. I will definitely be back! Thank you!

  Wow! We were lucky enough to find this rental in Ocala when in town last and it was everything we were expecting and more.

  It had more than enough space for our small family, and we found it hard to escape the cozy beanbags! A very welcome addition. The place was incredibly clean, and the backyard views are breathtaking. I will definitely miss starting my mornings in the sunroom!

  Love love love this place. Even though you are in a neighborhood the back porch seems like you really have so much space. The backyard is so open and appealing, we loved to sit there for dinner and just good talk. House and furniture still looks brand new and as usual the service was amazing. Very attentive and understanding. I put my family up here and they had nothing but good words about it. They said it was very clean, cozy, and the location is perfect for us. Everything they needed was there and even the little extra bathroom things they loved so much they ordered more for themselves. I will continue to use this place for any future events. It’s a 5 star rating for sure!

  We stayed in September, writing this review 3 months later after seeing a review of guests with a similar negative experience. PM called us 2 hours before check in, saying cleaning wasn't complete with towels in the dryer. We arrived to old worn out and still damp towels in dryer. Seemed like laundry was washed without soap. 2 car garage had no remote. Asked PM and she said no remote available. Had to step over sensor when leaving to close door and enter into side garage door. Old tire in garage and leaves all over floor. Blinds were all broken. We noticed inside floors had a lot of cat hair and were not cleaned. Internet login listed on check in email did not work, called PM and login was that on router instead of one listed. Water filter on sink was not plugged in and not mentioned in listing, PM said it shows in the pictures. Refrigerator spigot was shown as well but did not work. Kitchen lacked basic amenities. Only 2 pots and pans too small to use, only 4 each of utensils, no spatulas, no paper towels, only a few drinking cups, no hand soap. Unusable crock pot. We planned on cooking the week we were to be there, but ended up having to eat out and uber eats. There were no towels in bathroom had to dry the ones left in dryer. No garbage cans in bathrooms. PM never brought any as said she would. Ended up placing shopping bags on floor ghetto fashion. PM did stop by 2 hours after she said she would with some dish soap, couple of old towels and a roll of paper towels. Next morning we needed to turn our rental van in. Were surprised when we opened garage and car was parked in driveway blocking us in. I assumed locked and immediately called PM. She said it is a Turo rental owner keeps at house. Also undisclosed in listing. Thankfully found keys in car under mat. Parked car on side lawn at PM request, again ghetto fashion. Was parked there during our entire stay. No mention of this from PM previous evening. We adapted to what we had over next few days. We were waiting to close on a home in Ocala and the closing was delayed by a day. Asked PM if we could have extra day. Owner contacted us and said no because we were rude to the PM at checkin. We weren't rude to her at all but expressed disappointment at check in. Check out time was earliest ever seen in vacation rental at 10AM. Was hurrying to leave and left a bin. Couldn't believe this is an Evolve property. Home has potential and is nice, but is very badly managed. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.
