Responsive management team
2/5 Just stayed for a place to sleep. Comfortable. Previous guests left it a mess. I dislike having to depend on the cleanliness of previous guests (“wash and put away dishes”). We paid $179 cleaning fee and we’re expected to wash dishes (no dishwasher) and sweep. Not very relaxing. What did the overpriced cleaning fee cover??

- Cleanliness and sanitization are top priorities of ours and we wish you would have reached out to the Guest Contact while you were in residence. We would've been more than happy to send our cleaning team to address your concerns to make your stay most comfortable. We'll be sure to talk with our cleaning crew to ensure that this issue does not recur for future travelers and we're sorry if this negatively impacted your stay.
- As is standard for vacation rentals, guests are asked to complete a few small tasks, like removing their own trash, as part of checkout. The cleaning fee goes to a professional service that sanitizes and prepares the home for each new guest.

5/5 My family and I stayed here for the weekend to attend an anniversary party that was being held in Ocala. This place was perfect! Very clean and spacious. I would highly recommend this property.
