1/5 The Add says "Abounding with natural beauty and historic charm" The Reality is the neighborhood is dilapidated and in terrible condition. There are rundown and vacant houses with garbage and junk in the yards. Paint peeling off. And it says walk to the historic district. This is a stretch. Would not feel comfortable walking thru this neighborhood. We immediately reached out to VRBO and Evolve management co. They would not work with us as at all and left us with no response until the evening of the next day. I have stayed at many VRBO's and expect a certain standard. Beware of this property, I did not know this, but VRBO does not check on the neighborhood.

5/5 The house was spotless roomy and comfortable. The lanai was a perfect place to start and end your day. Much of the house looked newly renovated. Needs some reading lamps in the living room. We enjoyed visiting Ocala and would recommend this rental.

Enjoyable Stay
5/5 We enjoyed the spacious rooms and attached bathrooms to the two bedrooms. It felt very private being in a canopy of trees.Professional owner and nicely updated older home.

Doctoral intensive retreat
5/5 Four doctoral students stayed for 4 days as we gathered with our cohort in Ocala. The wifi was great and consistent. Beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. We really appreciated the extra pillows, blankets, and linens in the master closet. Blankets in the living room were musty and needed washing and the trundle bed should probably be pulled out each time corners come. It was dusty.

Great Stay
5/5 We loved the house. It was a spacious for our family of 4. It has everything you need to be comfortable for a short or a long stay. Great patio for evening meals. I will be booking here again. Lissy went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and happy. Thank you!!!!
