The property is a beautiful Victorian house. There is even a historic plaque outside! It's loaded with lovely antique furniture. Full modern kitchen but not much counter space. washing machine, dryer, dishwasher all work fine. Heating and cooling can be a bit inconsistent from room to room. The bathroom is "quirky". Small - my partner had to put on make up in a bedroom and dry her hair in the dining room. Shower controls are super sensitive to get right temp. Bathroom was cold.Beds are comfortable. Slept well in back bedroom. Front bedroom may have a bit too much street noise for some people after 7AM.Not a single hangar in the whole place! This is a four-unit house. You will have half of the bottom unit. We stayed 6 nights. Occasionally you could hear other tenants and once I had to go to back foyer to shoo away someone having a loud phone conversation. Communication with host is non-existant. Email address returns as "non deliverable" and texts were never answered.Communication with host is non-existant. Despite all the above we love this place!!!! We were very comfortable here. The historic charm easily made us overlook the quirks. Also amazing WALKABLE location which is as rare in Florida as a snowman!

Wonderful hosts. Everything we needed was on the property. Gorgeous accommodations in a truly historic home & neighborhood. We will look forward to returning in the future. Thank you!

Nice place to stay. This is an older home so the bedroom doesn't get as cool as the living room (where the thermostat is located) but it wasn't horrible. There's a fan in the closet that helped a lot.
